Amrita Singh have to face court for the reason of conflict over prime property in Dehradun

Sara Ali Khan and Amrita Singh have accessed the Dehradun police over the property of 16,000 square feet area in Uttarakhand.

Film actress Amrita Singh and her aunt Tahira Bimbat have demanded  over 4 acres of prime property in Clement Town area of Dehradun city.They have to face court. Last week, Amrita Singh together with her actress daughter Sara Ali Khan embedded police complaint the Clement Town property is secured from a land mafia and also told that the land belongs to them.

Legal experts say both Amrita Singh and Tahira Bimbat are conflicting court battle for a final settlement. On the other hand,the caretaker of the property Khushi Ram also demanded and file a complaint with the police for the protection of the property.The conflict arose after Madhusudan died a few days back.He was suffering from cancer.

Police officials told that,Madhusudan’s father was an Air Force officer.He had bought the property in 1969.After the death of Madhusudan’s parents,he was staying alone in the Clement Town property.He was unmarried.

Rukhsana Sultanan is the mother of Amrita Singh.Rukhsana Sultana is the daughter of Madhusudan’s father from his first divorced wife.She was known for her close links.She has links with  then Congress leader Sanjay Gandhi in the time of Emergency period.Madhusudan’s father married Asha Bimbat after divorcing his first wife.Madhusudan and Tahira’s father are him.

Tahira Bimbat and Amrita Singh  have filed a case against Madhusudan for Clement Town property. Director General of Police (DGP) Anil Raturi said that,”This is a civil court property dispute and we will not interfere in the matter.”The police officers are investigating and would  file a final report in the civil court.
