“I discovered sari abundant later in my life… I grew up in hills wherever there’s almost no tradition of carrying saris. However once I became an artist, my love for saris started step by step. Through acting, I got a chance to trip totally different places and see different cultures. That is however my journey with saris started.

“It (sari) makes me look more feminine. When I wear a sari, I automatically feel a lot of free and able to specific myself higher… There’s some magical ability in saris,” the “Queen” actress said throughout the launch of Taneira, a flagship handloom sari store by Titan, here on Monday.

While talking concerning the wonder of saris, Kangana conjointly expressed concern over the condition of Indian weavers.

“No doubt, the trend of saris is often there, however not the maximum amount because it ought to be. We tend to a have loads to try to. Till now, our weavers are suffering. Asked what is her favorite dress look, Kangana smiled and said: “I feel snug in saris the foremost. Be it my airport dress look with sneakers or prime bread, or be it an entire Indian traditional look, I really like all the appearance.”
