Being a mother of two children, this Biwi No.1 actress realizes the importance of spreading awareness regarding mental illness, and recently, Karisma Kapoor talked regarding the importance of educating kids about mental health. “For somebody, who has had a career of 27 years in a very public space, one goes through most.
