Anushka Sharma recently stood in front of camera to shoot for the cover of Femina’s August issue which speaks for empowerment of women and titled “The Power Issue” which also quoted Anushka Sharma saying,
“The entire purpose of power is to empower others”
Anushka was looking stunning and strong as always in her Puma suede metallic entwine trainers, finely kohl-lined eyes, nude make-up and tresses coiffed in messy waves.

This will be Anushka’s first interview and shoot for magazine after her marriage ,as she was busy with her other project as Sui Dhaga Made In India and Zero. She has been so much busy for the promotion for her latest movie Sui Dhaga Made In India estimated around 40 days, where she played a role of an embroiderer and tailor along with co star Varun Dhawan, which will showcase their journey of becoming entrepreneurs and being self-reliant.
We have always known her as an challenger and she is all about breaking the limits and even learned embroidery for this particular role. She stated,
‘I’m always up for a challenge, up for a new journey and experience through my films. I knew I had to look the part and also come across extremely confident with the art of Sui Dhaaga. I knew I had to give in considerable time and effort to look like an authentic embroiderer and I was really excited to learn this skill. I really dived into the prep sessions and I enjoyed them thoroughly,’
After Sui Dhaga, her next big movie Zero with Shah Rukh Khan is scheduled to release in December this year in which she will be seen as the love interest of Shah Rukh Khan’s character , a dwarf. It seems it will be another challenging role for both Anushka and SRK. Katrina Kaif will also be seen in this movie and this will be the second movie for this trio after “Jab Tak Hein Jaan”.
